Toluca Makes a Difference for the Elderly

    • Recently, the Toluca team came together to raise funds for the El Pueblito de los Abuelos Foundation.

     A private assistance institution, El Pueblito de los Abuelos provides comprehensive services to the elderly. This includes shelter, medical and psychological care, healthy nutrition, occupational therapies and recreational activities. The Foundation operates three nursing homes and two centers in the municipalities of Metepec, Tenango del Valle, Ixtapan de La Sal and Atlacomulco, where it directly serves 270 elderly people.

     By selling sodas on-site, syncreon Toluca managed to raise approximately 2,000 Mexican Pesos to purchase pantries. The group then delivered the goods directly to the foundation’s facilities.
