Congratulations to the winning team “The Stock Masters”, led by Bas Mönnink.
The kaizen winner, “Improve the Dock to Stock (D2S) performance”, has delivered fantastic results following its implementation, and has followed the kaizen process and methodology very well, bringing many benefits including productivity, quality and an important impact on the customer SLA.
Each year site managers are invited to nominate kaizen projects completed on their sites for consideration for EMEA Kaizen of the Year. Projects are reviewed based on complexity of the problem, overall impact of the solution as well as adherence to the kaizen process and use of the Lean Tools.
We encourage all our staff to participate in our kaizen program, because every idea and each individual input can make a difference.
