Celebrating International Earth Day 2021

syncreon is proud to recognize Earth Day as we continue to implement and expand our environmental initiatives, in alignment with the U.N. Sustainable Development Plan 2030.

As part of this, we recently launched a green strategy called “GLÁS” (Green, Lean And Sustainable) – “GLÁS” is Irish for green. Some of our goals include:

• Ensuring access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all
• Taking appropriate action to combat climate change and its impacts
• Protecting, restoring, and promoting sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, sustainably managing forests, combating desertification, and halting and reversing land degradation and biodiversity loss

Our culture of innovation and continuous improvement means that we are always searching for new ways to improve our systems, processes and facilities to reduce our impact on the environment.

As part of our ongoing focus on future sustainability, we are delighted to have renewed our membership with the Conseil Européen de Remanufacture (European Remanufacturing Council) and The Reverse Logistics Association for 2021.
