syncreon Operates Brazil DC for Hypertherm
syncreon has been selected by Hypertherm to operate a distribution centre (DC) in Cajamar, Brazil.
syncreon is providing services supporting distribution of Hypertherm’s high technology cutting equipment. These services include receiving, warehousing, picking & packing of finished goods, spare parts, and consumables in addition to transportation management. syncreon will receive and warehouse Hypertherm material from North America and subsequently deliver to a network of authorized partner distributors and systems integrators throughout Brazil. Factors that influenced Hypertherm’s selection included syncreon’s experience with the local market and technology products, its flexible operations and IT capabilities. Hypertherm hosted an inaugural event in November 2012 to celebrate their first DC in South America and the introduction of a new training center at their headquarters in Guarulhos, Brazil.
