Coleshill 1 | Achieve LTA and GSA awards

Our team at Coleshill 1, UK, have recently completed 500 days without a Lost Time Accident (LTA). As our employees are our number 1 asset, ensuring their safety at work is the number 1 priority. These are core values equally shared by our customer on site.

The site has also recently achieved Gold 2 standard for this years’ Global Site Assessment. GSA is our Global Site Assessment programme, and measures all our sites across 20 different topics with the aim to standardise common processes and improve productivity.

Glynn Hobbs, Coleshill Estate Plant Manager, commented “These two results are very welcome rewards following a period of transformation for the plant. We have welcomed new members to the team and embraced change and challenge in order to improve standards across the plant. Focus continues as we aim to achieve our own very high standards, and I’m confident we will continue to improve and grow. I am immensely proud of the team for the hard work and commitment so far and look forward to seeing what we can achieve in 2020.”
