Career Progression at syncreon | In the spotlight today, Bas Rijkers 

Here at syncreon, we are always looking for talented people to achieve great things together. In the spotlight today, Bas Rijkers who joined syncreon as a graduate engineer.

 “After graduating, I started my career taking on the role of a Logistics Engineer with syncreon based out of Waalwijk, NL. This was a fantastic opportunity working in a fast paced, dynamic environment where as a graduate I received support through mentoring which provided me with valuable guidance and feedback. Within the Engineering team my role was to develop Management Information systems to support our warehouse activities and develop key warehousing metrics. Working on the information system projects was a fantastic learning experience and gave me the opportunity to both work with other cross functional teams and also develop an understanding of how the whole organisation works. After 3 years working within syncreon I was promoted into BPI Project Management and more recently to the Customer Service Manager for the expanding location in Tilburg, NL. It was the continuous professional support and feedback from my co-workers and the management team that helped me progress from that graduate Engineer to the where I am today”.
